We are proud to present the various spaces dedicated to tasting and dining; spaces where one can discover the richness and the inventiveness of the best recipes of the Tuscan culinary tradition, combined with tasting important wines. These are areas where one can relax, or sip on a cocktail in the welcoming atmosphere of the bar, or during the warm season, at the edge of our pool…or even on our wonderful terrace, from which all of the beauty of Florence can be taken in.

Our “American Bar,” or rather just “bar” for English speakers, is located on the ground floor on the terrace which faces the garden and pool. From here one certainly does not feel like they are in the heart of bustling Florence and can taste wonderful cocktails prepared by our barman from 3 – 12 p.m.
